Suzy organized the fun day for our Vizsla club and together with great helpers and volunteers run a wonderful event. Everybody and their Vizslas had truly had great fun chatting, catching up with each other and most of all enjoying their dogs doing field work. Be it as a puppy making first steps tracking through the tall grass behind a bird or as an advanced hunter fine tuning pointing skills - this was fabulous for all!
Both, Chillip and Tisza could use a bit of a reinforcement on their hunting and I run them in separate braces in the Senior field. With the great feedback by Marian as the judge and mentor as well as Catherine and Pam who were my brace mates I left the field with a bunch of tips how to improve Tisza's pointing and Chillip's....well - that list is LONG.
I run Tisza the next day in the Hunt Test that coincided with our Fun Field Day and she passed her 4th time to gain her Senior Hunter title! While our training list for Chillip remains long (but we stay optimistically hopeful) we could celebrate a superb milestone in Tisza's field training.
